Return Procedure

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or an exchange. To do so, simply make your request here:

• France and Belgium, it's here
• Rest of the world, it's here

For France and Belgium :

• Exchanges and store credits are free of charge 🎁
• For refunds, an amount of €4.50 will be deducted (or €5.50 for Belgium) from the total refunded amount.

For Germany, Italy, and Spain :

• Store credits are free of charge
• Exchanges are possible, but shipping fees related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
• For refunds, an amount of €6.50 will be deducted from the refunded total (to cover return shipping costs)

For all other countries :

Only refunds and store credits are available. Your return request must be made through the appropriate portal. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return.

Your orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours, then shipped!

In mainland France: Home delivery within 2 to 3 working days after shipment of your order.

Express Home Delivery: for all orders placed before 12 p.m., delivery will be made before 6 p.m. the next day.

Delivery in 5 to 8 days in the rest of the world after dispatch of your order
