You have 14 days after receipt to make a return or exchange via our returns portal, regardless of your country.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with their tag attached and in their original packaging.
Any item not meeting these conditions may be subject to a deduction from the refund.

The refund is processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned package.
Items from the Clearance Sale or Archives cannot be exchanged. Only a refund or a credit is possible.
