Composition and care

Composition: 70% bamboo, 30% cotton. Machine wash at 30°C without fabric softener and air dry without heat.

Our production

Our Soft Pointelle range is made from fabrics sourced from Turkey, Oeko-Tex certified and guaranteed free from metallic nanoparticles, ensuring they are free from harmful substances for both the body and the environment. Production then takes place in Tunisia.

We carefully select each of our partners not only for their expertise, but also for their commitment to responsible energy use and fair working conditions.

Return Procedure

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or an exchange. To do so, simply make your request here:

  • France and Belgium, it's here
  • Rest of the world, it's here

For France and Belgium :

  • Exchanges and store credits are free of charge 🎁
  • For refunds, an amount of €4.50 will be deducted (or €5.50 for Belgium) from the total refunded amount.

For Germany, Italy, and Spain :

  • Store credits are free of charge
  • Exchanges are possible, but shipping fees related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
  • For refunds, an amount of €6.50 will be deducted from the refunded total (to cover return shipping costs)

For all other countries :

Only refunds and store credits are available. Your return request must be made through the appropriate portal. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return.
