Returns procedure

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange it. To do so, simply submit your request here.

For France:

Exchanges and credits are free
- For refunds, an amount of €4.50 will be deducted from the total amount refunded (contribution to the return shipping costs).

For all other countries:
Only refunds and credit notes are offered. Your return request must be made through this portal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The refund period is 14 days after receipt of your order.

Your orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours, then shipped!
In mainland France: Home delivery within 2 to 3 working days after your order has been shipped.
Express Home Delivery: for any order placed before 12pm, delivery will be made before 6pm the next day.
Delivery in 5 to 8 days to the rest of the world after your order has been shipped.

For pre-ordered items, these deadlines start from the date indicated when you placed your order.
