Returns Procedure

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return or exchange. To do so, simply request it here.

For France:

- Exchanges and credits are free 🎁
- For refunds, an amount of €4.50 will be deducted from the total amount refunded (contribution to return shipping costs).

For all other countries:
Only refunds and credits are offered. Your return request must be made through this portal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The refund period is 14 days after receipt of your order.

Your orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours, then shipped!
In mainland France: Home delivery within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch of your order.
Express Home Delivery: for any order placed before 12 p.m., delivery will be made before 6 p.m. the next day.
Delivery in 5 to 8 days in the rest of the world after dispatch of your order.

• Exchanges and store credits are free of charge 🎁
• For refunds, an amount of €4.50 will be deducted (or €5.50 for Belgium) from the total refunded amount.

For Germany, Italy, and Spain :

• Store credits are free of charge
• Exchanges are possible, but shipping fees related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
• For refunds, an amount of €6.50 will be deducted from the refunded total (to cover return shipping costs)

For all other countries :

Only refunds and store credits are available. Your return request must be made through the appropriate portal. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return.
